As a rule, we cannot design the Indian flag in such size and proportions. For this there are rules in the code of conduct according to which the shape of the national flag should be rectangular with a ratio of 3:2.

The Flag Code of India has many rules and regulations related to the tricolor.

When the national flag is flown alongside the national flag of another country, it must be placed to the left of the flag of the other country. However, when the tricolor is flown with the United Nations flag, it may also be flown on either side.

The tricolor should not be lowered to salute any person or thing. However, for some reason the government makes a public order for her, so she half-bows.
The national flag should not be used for any dress, handkerchief or uniform.
No letters should be written on the tricolor.
The tricolor cannot be used to cover a statue or monument.
The tricolor should not be intentionally left on the ground or immersed in water.
Care should be taken while hoisting the flag that its color should be saffron upwards.
A damaged and defaced tricolor should not be flown at all.
