Crude oil prices continue to fall, petrol and diesel cheaper in Noida and expensive in Patna

Petrol Diesel Rates on 18 August 2023: Petrol and diesel prices are released by oil companies at 6 am every day. Today, Friday 18th August 2023, fuel prices have changed in many cities. Prices have gone up in some major cities, while prices have come down in many places. Among the four metros, petrol and diesel prices have remained stable in Delhi, Kolkata and Mumbai, but the price has increased in Chennai.

Here today, petrol is becoming expensive by Rs 102.80 and Rs 94.40 per litre, 17 paise and diesel by 16 paise. Petrol is available at Rs 96.72 and diesel at Rs 89.62 per liter in Delhi. Talking about Mumbai, petrol is available here at Rs 106.31 and diesel at Rs 94.27. In Kolkata, petrol is available at Rs 106.03 per liter and diesel at Rs 92.76 per litre.

What is the condition of crude oil?

If we talk about the price of crude oil in the international market, it is still decreasing. As for Brent crude oil price, it has decreased by 0.38% and is trading at $83.80 per barrel. On the other hand, WTI crude oil is down 0.36% and is trading at $80.10 per barrel.

  • Agra- Petrol became cheaper by 25 paise to Rs 96.38, diesel by 25 paise to Rs 89.55 per litre.
  • Ajmer- Petrol 24 rupees 108.62 more expensive, diesel 22 paise more expensive 93.85 rupees per litre.
  • Noida- Petrol 42 paise cheaper at Rs 96.58, diesel 39 paise cheaper at Rs 89.75 per litre.
  • Gorakhpur- Petrol became expensive by 13 paise to Rs 97.01, diesel by 13 paise to Rs 90.19 per litre.
  • Gurugram- Petrol 8 paise cheaper, Rs 96.93, Diesel 8 paise cheaper, Rs 89.80 per litre.
  • Lucknow- Petrol became expensive by 1 paise to Rs 96.57, diesel by 1 paise to Rs 96.57 per litre.
  • Jaipur- Petrol 3 paise more expensive to Rs 108.48, diesel 3 paise more expensive to Rs 93.72 per litre.
  • Patna- Petrol became expensive by 70 paise to Rs 108.12, diesel by 65 paise to Rs 94.86 per litre.
