After Chandrayaan-3’s successful landing on the lunar surface, the lander is now connected to ISRO’s data center through the propulsion module. After the successful ‘soft landing’ at the South Pole, India has gone where no country has gone before. India has become the first country in the world to land on the south pole of the Moon and the fourth country in the world to successfully land on the soft surface of the Moon. India has got this historic achievement in the space sector at a time when the Russian spacecraft ‘Luna 25’ crashed on its way to the South Pole of the Moon a few days ago. After landing, the lander has also sent the first image of the moon. While the Pragyan rover lander has left Vikram and reached the lunar surface. For 14 days now, the lander Vikram and the rover Pragyan will explore the lunar surface at different levels.
