19-year-old girl jumps in front of metro train in Noida city center, cuts hand, critical condition

A girl tried to commit suicide by jumping in front of a metro train in UP’s Noida. The incident took place at Noida’s City Center Metro station around 9.30 am on Tuesday. One of the girl’s hands was amputated in this incident. He was admitted to the District Hospital in Sector 39, from where he has been referred to a tertiary center in Delhi. Doctors say that his condition is still critical.

The girl is a resident of Barola.

According to the information received from the police, it was reported at around 9.30 am that a girl jumped in front of the metro on the line from the city center to Delhi. The girl has been identified as 19-year-old Anita. She is said to be a resident of Barola. The belongings found with the girl have been searched and no suicide note was found. The girl’s father has a private job.

There was a commotion at the metro station.

The girl jumped on the line from the city center to Delhi. As soon as the information was received, the CISF personnel removed the girl from the track. The local police was informed and the girl was taken to the district hospital. Meanwhile, one of the girl’s hands was amputated after being hit by a train. He is also seriously injured. After that there was a commotion at the metro station. Metro service was affected for about 10 to 15 minutes.

ACP Rajneesh Verma said whether the girl tried to commit suicide or someone pushed her, it would be clear after examining the CCTV footage. It is also being seen whether she came to the station with someone or alone. This is being verified. The CDR of his mobile phone will also be seen.
