One such case of gross negligence of government machinery has come to light in Dhar district of Madhya Pradesh. The name of the teacher, who died 3 years ago, has been included in the survey team’s list of the rain disaster. As soon as the matter came to light, questions began to arise on the working style of the administration. People are heard to say that how much honesty will be maintained in the survey being conducted regarding the farming of the affected people.

Actually the case is of village Ambasoti in Tanda area of ​​Dhar district. A primary teacher living here, Teer Singh Mori, died of illness on 5 January 2021 at the age of 50, whose death certificate was also issued. After that, his family engaged in farming and other activities. Recently, due to heavy rains in Dhar district, farmers and common people across the district suffered heavy losses. For this, survey orders were issued by the administration. In Tanda Kokshi area also preparations were made by the administration for the survey work and several teams were formed for the survey. The name of the deceased teacher Tarsingh Mori was also released in the list of the survey team.

The Sarpanch of the village was also shocked to see the name of the dead teacher.

When Amar Singh Solanki, sarpanch of Ambaswati village came to know about the list, he too was shocked to see the name of the deceased teacher of his village. He immediately reported it to Dhar News Channel. After that when I spoke to Ramesh Chandra Khataria, SDM of Kokshi, he said that the names for the survey list were given by the regional education department officer. The old list may have been left out by mistake, it will be corrected.

There, the sarpanch of Ambaswati village has questioned the administration’s mistake regarding this whole issue and said that if the officials are making such a mistake, what can be expected from them on the survey and will they follow it. Will the affected people get justice or not?
