Increasing difficulties of Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh in sexual harassment case, Delhi Police made several revelations of harassment in the court.

Former head of the Indian Wrestling Federation and BJP MP Brij Bhushan Sharansingh’s troubles are showing no signs of abating. The court has granted one day exemption to Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh from appearing in the sexual harassment case formally registered against him. Meanwhile, Delhi Police has submitted important information in the court. Delhi Police told the court that the accused Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh had not missed any opportunity to sexually harass women wrestlers.

Delhi Police said before Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Harjeet Singh Jaspal in Delhi’s Rahul Avenue Court that there is enough evidence to file charges against Brij Bhushan Singh. Delhi Police has produced several evidences against BJP MP and former head of Indian Wrestling Federation Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh.

Referring to the recent events in Pakistan, the Delhi Police said that Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh’s actions reflected his behavior. Delhi Police said that Brij Bhushan forcefully hugged a female wrestler during an event in Pakistan recently. Brij Bhushan justified the forced hug incident with the female wrestler saying that his behavior and feelings are like a father’s.

Another complaint was also received at the Asian Championships held in Kazakhstan, in which it was said that Brij Bhushan had lifted the shirt of a female wrestler without permission. Meanwhile, a complaint was also received that Brij Bhushan had misbehaved with the lady. Delhi Police says that all these incidents did not happen in India but are suitable as evidence against Brij Bhushan.

Let me tell you that now the next hearing of this case is scheduled on October 7. During an earlier hearing, the Delhi Police had informed the court that the vigilance committee set up by the government to probe the allegations leveled against him had not exonerated Brij Bhushan.
