The Kolkata High Court on Friday ordered the immediate removal of Mithilesh Kumar Mishra, assistant director of the Enforcement Directorate (ED) team investigating the alleged primary teacher recruitment scam in West Bengal. The court said that it was not satisfied with the answers to the questions asked by the officer during the appearance in the previous hearing.
