Petrol Diesel Rates on October 3, 2023: Petrol and diesel prices are released according to different states and cities. Oil companies update fuel prices every day at 6 am. Today, among the four metros, Delhi, Mumbai and Kolkata prices remained stable on Tuesday, but Chennai prices fell. In Chennai today, petrol is being sold 11 paise cheaper at Rs 102.63 and diesel 9 paise cheaper at Rs 94.24 per litre. At the same time, petrol is being sold at Rs 96.72 and diesel at Rs 89.62 per liter in Delhi. In Mumbai, petrol is being sold at Rs 106.31 and diesel at Rs 94.27 per litre. In Kolkata, petrol is being sold at Rs 106.03 and diesel at Rs 92.76 per litre.
Decline in crude oil prices
Crude oil prices have been on a steep rise for a long time, but on Tuesday saw a drop in its price. The price of Brent crude oil has seen a decrease of 0.61% and it is maintained at 90.16 dollars per barrel. Along with this, the price of WTI crude oil is seeing a decrease of 0.61% and it remains at 88.28 dollars per barrel.
Petrol and diesel prices change in which cities?
- Agra- Petrol became expensive by 11 paise to Rs 96.47, diesel by 11 paise to Rs 89.64 per litre.
- Prayag Raj- Petrol became expensive by 58 paise to Rs 97.24, diesel by 57 paise to Rs 90.43 per litre.
- Gorakhpur- Petrol became cheaper by 20 paise to Rs 96.67, diesel by 19 paise to Rs 89.85 per litre.
- Lucknow- Petrol became cheaper by 1 paise to Rs 96.56, diesel by 1 paise to Rs 89.75 per litre.
- Jaipur- Petrol became expensive by 83 paise to Rs 109.31, diesel by 75 paise to Rs 94.47 per litre.
- Ajmer- Petrol became cheaper by 17 paise to Rs 108.20, diesel by 15 paise to Rs 93.47 per litre.
- Pune- Petrol became expensive by 33 paise to Rs 106.17, diesel by 32 paise to Rs 92.68 per litre.
- Patna- Petrol became cheaper by 30 paise to Rs 107.24, diesel by 28 paise to Rs 94.04 per litre.
