The court has sent Mono Manesar to Haryana police’s four-day remand in the attempted murder case registered in Gurugram. The Gurugram police had registered a separate case against Mono Manesar under sections 147, 148, 149, 120B, 307 and 201 of the IPC at the Pataudi police station in early February. Mono Manesar, lodged in Rajasthan’s Ajmer Jail in the Pataudi attempted murder case, was brought back to Haryana by the Haryana Police on a production warrant on Saturday.

Mono Manesar was produced in the court.

Mono Manesar was then produced before the court, from where he was sent to 4-day police remand. Gurugram police arrested Manesar on September 11 in the Noah torture case and after Noah was produced in the court, the Rajasthan police took him on production remand in the Nasir and Junaid murder case. Since then Mono was lodged in Rajasthan’s Bharatpur Jail.

The Haryana Police had sought a production warrant.

The Pataudi court ordered the Bharatpur Jail Superintendent to appear before the court on September 25, but Mono was transferred from Bharatpur to Ajmer Jail pending the issuance of the warrant. Because of this, the Haryana police could not bring Mono to the Pataudi court on September 25. After this, the Haryana Police once again sought a production warrant for Mono Manesar from the court for October 7.
