Through BSNL’s WhatsApp chatbot service, users will be able to avail various services of the company. Currently this service is introduced for Bharat Fiber customers. With its help, you will be able to easily access information like booking fiber connection, bill payment, check bill details, lodge a complaint, check complaint status, etc.
Thus chatbot service will be available.

We tell you that as soon as you send a hello message to the chatbot, you will get the main menu option. Now you have to click on view menu after which you will get BSNL BharatFibre services options. Here you can easily select the option of your choice from Pay Bill, View Bill, Book Complaint, Transaction History, Complaint Status, Plan Change and Book My Fiber.
