BSNL launched new service.
Now the country’s state-owned telecom company BSNL is taking new steps to compete with private companies. BSNL already offers affordable prepaid, postpaid and fiber broadband plans to its customers. Now the company has come up with a new service for its customers. Jio has launched WhatsApp chatbot service for users.
Through BSNL’s WhatsApp chatbot service, users will be able to avail various services of the company. Currently this service is introduced for Bharat Fiber customers. With its help, you will be able to easily access information like booking fiber connection, bill payment, check bill details, lodge a complaint, check complaint status, etc.
Thus chatbot service will be available.

We tell you that as soon as you send a hello message to the chatbot, you will get the main menu option. Now you have to click on view menu after which you will get BSNL BharatFibre services options. Here you can easily select the option of your choice from Pay Bill, View Bill, Book Complaint, Transaction History, Complaint Status, Plan Change and Book My Fiber.
