Assembly elections are over in five states and from today i.e. December 1, oil marketing companies have increased the price of a 19 kg commercial gas cylinder by Rs 21. Now you have to spend Rs 1796.50 for a 19kg commercial gas cylinder in Delhi from 1st December 2023. Earlier on November 16, its price was reduced to Rs 1775.50. From today, the price of a 19 kg cylinder has gone up to Rs 1749 in Mumbai, Rs 1885.50 in Kolkata and Rs 1968.50 in Chennai. The restaurant or food and beverage business will be particularly affected by the increase in the prices of commercial gas cylinders. This can affect the pockets of people eating out.
Relief for domestic consumers
There is good news for home users. The companies have not changed the price of 14.2 kg LPG gas cylinder. Let us tell you that earlier the government had reduced the price of this cylinder by 200 rupees. According to the official website of Indian Oil, this cylinder is available in Delhi for Rs 903. This cylinder is available in Noida for Rs.900.50. Similarly, it is available at Rs 929 per cylinder in Kolkata, Rs 902.50 in Mumbai and Rs 918.50 in Chennai.
ATF price drop
Oil marketing companies have reduced the price of Aviation Turbine Fuel (ATF) on December 1. For domestic airlines, the price per kiloliter has now increased to Rs 1,06,155.67 in capital Delhi, Rs 1,44,639.70 in Kolkata, Rs 99,223.44 in Mumbai and Rs 1,09,966.39 in Chennai. With the reduction in ATF prices, it can be expected that domestic airlines will provide some relief to passengers in air fares. This means that air travel within the country can be cheaper.
