Association for Democratic Reforms (ADR) and Chhattisgarh Election Watch have analyzed the affidavits of all 90 winning candidates of Chhattisgarh Assembly Elections 2023. “Of the 90 winning candidates in 2023, 17 (19%) have declared criminal cases against them,” the report said.
