Union Civil Aviation Minister Jyoti Radtya Scindia on Friday informed that the construction of the first phase of the Ayodhya airport i.e. Marida Prashotham Shri Ram International Airport will definitely be completed by the end of December 2023. According to Bhasha News, Scindia said about the bullet train project here that the first section of the bullet train project is expected to start in three years.

According to the news, the aviation minister said that we are paying a lot of attention to our capital expenditure programme. As far as airports are concerned, we have a capital expenditure plan of Rs 95,000 crore. In this, the government’s share will be about 25 percent and the private sector’s share will be 75 percent. When asked about the Ayodhya airport on the sidelines of a conference on ‘Integral Development of Infrastructure in India’, he said that he is monitoring the project every day. Scindia added that the second airport in Navi Mumbai and Jewar airport in Uttar Pradesh would be operational by the end of next year. Regarding the railway sector, he said that after 2014 there has been a change with the introduction of new high-speed Vande Bharat trains. This vehicle can touch the speed of 100 km in just 52 seconds.

Scindia said the country will continue to improve rail services and passenger safety. Within three years we (government) are going to bring bullet train in India. India will get first position in railway service. He said that the first section of the Mumbai-Ahmedabad bullet train project would start in early 2027.
