Despite repeated denials and reprimands, Pakistan is not giving up the habit of begging. Now Pakistan has once again extended its begging bowl to its friend China. Earlier, Pakistan had begged from Saudi Arabia, America and other Islamic countries. Even earlier, Pakistan had sought help from China, but Dragon had refused. Now again facing a cash crisis, Pakistan has asked its close ally China for a loan of two billion dollars for one year. This information was given in a media report on Saturday.

Caretaker Prime Minister Anwarul Haq Kakar has written a letter to China’s Prime Minister Li Qiang requesting that the loan from China be returned as soon as the deadline for submitting the loan expires on March 23. According to the Express Tribune newspaper, Kakar in the letter thanked China for providing financial assistance to Pakistan during the economic crisis. Pakistan has raised a total of $4 billion in loans from China, easing the growing pressure on the country to service external debt and stabilizing its foreign exchange reserve position.

Saudi Arabia withdrew the loan.

This month, the United Arab Emirates (UAE) withdrew a loan of two billion dollars from Pakistan. Apart from this, Saudi Arabia has deposited five billion dollars in the State Bank of Pakistan. After the United Arab Emirates withdrew the loan, Pakistan’s interim government requested the International Monetary Fund (IMF) to send a new mission this month to negotiate the final tranche of the $1.2 billion loan. . The IMF’s next mission is not only to secure the final loan tranche, but also to begin negotiations for a new long-term program. (language)
