Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal to appear before ED today in Delhi liquor scam case. ED has issued sixth summons to Kejriwal and summoned him for questioning. It is not said whether he will go for questioning or not but he has made serious allegations against ED and BJP. Arvind Kejriwal has said that if the ED stops its investigation, many BJP leaders will leave the party.

Arvind Kejriwal said, “If we stop ED today and remove Article 45 of PMLA, half the leaders will leave BJP. It (ED) is the only agency in BJP. Responsible for the leaders joining in. Shivraj Singh Chauhan and Vasundhara Raje will form their own parties.

Today ED has summoned Kejriwal for questioning.

The Enforcement Directorate has issued a sixth summons to Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal in the liquor scam case. ED has asked Kejriwal to appear on Monday. Earlier, ED has issued 5 summons to Kejriwal. However, it is not yet clear whether Kejriwal will join the ED interrogation on Monday. The ED has recently issued a sixth summons to Arvind Kejriwal and summoned him to the ED office at 11 am on Monday.

Kejriwal appeared in the court along with the VC.

Recently, the ED filed a complaint against Arvind Kejriwal in Delhi’s Rouse Avenue Court, for which the court summoned Kejriwal. On Saturday, Arvind Kejriwal attended the court hearing through the VC and sought some time to be physically present citing the budget session. After which the next court hearing in this case will be held on March 16. The ED had complained in the Rouse Avenue court that it has summoned Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal five times in the excise scam, but the chief minister has not appeared before the probe agency.
