Juniper Hotel IPO Overview: Juniper Hotels, which operates a luxury hotel chain in India under the name Hyatt, has opened its IPO to general investors from Wednesday (February 21, 2024). The company operates hotels in Mumbai, Delhi, Ahmedabad, Lucknow, Raipur and Hampi etc. According to information provided by the company in Red Hearing Perspectives (RHP), Juniper operates 7 hotels and serviced apartments near the hotel. The company has over 40 years of partnership with Hyatt Hotels and Saraf Hotels.

Juniper Hotel IPO Details

Juniper Hotel’s IPO will open to retail investors from February 21 to February 23. The size of this public issue is Rs 1800 crore. This is a completely fresh issue. Its price band is fixed at Rs 342 to Rs 360. Its lot size is fixed at 40 shares. An investment of Rs 14,400 is required to bid for a lot. 75 percent of this IPO is earmarked for QIBs, 15 percent for non-institutional investors and 10 percent for retail investors.
