At the same time, Home Minister Anil Vij had also assured that the investigation of the case would be handed over to the CBI. After this, the investigation of the Nafe Singh Rathi murder case has been handed over to the CBI. DC Shakti Singh and SP Arpat Jain gave this information. Meanwhile, SP Arpat Jain has so far denied arresting anyone in this case.

They say that if the police do not arrest all the accused, they will take a big decision. Now preparations are being made to conduct the post-mortem of the body of Nafe Singh Rathi. The last rites of Nafe Singh Rathi will be performed today at 5 pm at Ram Bagh in Bahadurgarh.

The opposition blamed the breakdown of law and order

So far, preliminary investigation by the police has revealed that the car used in the Nafe Singh murder case belonged to Faridabad. The car number turned out to be fake. Along with this, the police have also found a trace of a shooter. Haryana Home Minister Anil Vij assured the Assembly on Monday that the investigation into the murder of INLD state unit president Nafe Singh Rathi will be handed over to the CBI. Rathi and another party worker were killed by unidentified assailants in Bahadurgarh in Haryana’s Jhajjar district, bordering Delhi, on Sunday. The attack, which took place a few weeks before the Lok Sabha elections, drew a strong reaction from the opposition parties. The opposition alleged that law and order is deteriorating in the BJP-ruled state.
