It is a tradition to worship for four hours on this day. According to religious belief, by worshiping Lord Shiva four times at night, a person is cleansed of all sins and deserves Shiva’s blessings. Along with this, the four stages of this puja are considered to symbolize religion, artha, work and moksha.   1. First Night Prahar Pooja Timing – 8 March 2024 6:25 PM to 9:28 PM.
  2. Timing of Night Second Prahar Pooja – 9.28 PM on 8th March 2024 to 12.31 PM on 9th March 2024.
  3. The auspicious time for night third prahar pooja is on 9th March 2024 from 12.31 AM to 3.34 AM.
  4. Auspicious time for Night 4th Prahar Pooja – 9 March 2024 3.34 AM to 6.37 AM.
