Rajya Sabha MP and former Congress leader Kapil Sibal has once again attacked the issue of electoral bonds. He said that there has been a big scam in the name of electoral bonds, which has directly benefited the BJP. He said that RSS and BJP should tell what they will say on this corruption, they should answer. ED raids only opposition leaders. Arvind Kejriwal will be arrested sooner or later. The Election Commission works on the instructions of the government. The commission wants to prove this by holding elections in seven phases.

“Someone said I will neither eat nor let eat”

Earlier, Sibal had targeted PM Modi after information about electoral bonds went public. He had said that the details of the electoral bonds show that there has been ‘advantage in exchange’ somewhere. Taking a jibe at PM Modi, he said that someone had said that I will neither eat nor let him eat. PM Modi had said this while promising to end corruption before 2014.

He also commented on the extension sought from the court.

Senior Supreme Court advocate Kapil Sibal posted on ‘X’, “Donors of electoral bonds, the benefit in return is clearly visible.” Without naming PM Modi, he added, ‘There is a quiz – who said – I will neither eat nor let you eat?’ Earlier, he had also commented on the extension sought by SBI from the Supreme Court to release details of electoral bonds. He had said that the SBI tried to evade, but the court stood firm.

SBI has handed over the details of the bond to the Election Commission.

Let us tell you that the Election Commission had made the details of election bonds public on March 14. Following the Supreme Court’s directions, the State Bank of India (SBI) provided details of the bonds to the Election Commission on March 12, which were subsequently made public. As soon as this came to light, the opposition parties started making statements and said that the details show that the BJP has received the highest amount of election donations.
