New Delhi: Delhi’s Rouse Avenue Court has set bail conditions for Aam Aadmi Party MP Sanjay Singh. For security, his wife has filled a surety bond of Rs 2 lakh personal bond. As per the bail conditions, Sanjay Singh will cooperate with the investigation and provide his mobile number to the investigating officer.

Along with this, the Supreme Court said that it would not comment on his role in the liquor scam case. Along with this, the trial court has also placed a condition before Sanjay Singh that if he leaves Delhi NCR, he will share his travel passport with the IO. He will also continue his location sharing and share it with IO.

Let us tell you that the Supreme Court on Tuesday granted bail to senior Aam Aadmi Party leader and Rajya Sabha Member of Parliament Sanjay Singh in the money laundering case related to the Delhi liquor scam. On this basis, Delhi’s Rouse Avenue Court has decided the bail conditions today.

ED arrested Sanjay Singh on October 4, 2023 after prolonged interrogation. In the ED’s charge sheet, Sanjay Singh was accused of accepting a donation of Rs 82 lakh. Based on this, the ED team reached Sanjay Singh’s house and after nearly 10 hours of interrogation, he was arrested.
