Bharti Hexacom IPO: If you want to invest in an initial public offering, there is good news for you. The first IPO for the financial year 2024-25 has been opened for investment today. The Rs 4,275 crore IPO of Bharti Hexacom, a subsidiary of leading telecom major Bharti Airtel, has opened for investors. The issue has come entirely through Offer for Sale (OFS) and not a single new share has been issued. In this case, a total of 7.5 crore shares are being sold through the IPO. Bharti Hexacom has fixed a share price band between Rs 542 and Rs 570. In this IPO, retail investors can buy a minimum lot size of 26 shares. In such a situation, retail investors can invest a minimum of Rs 14,820 and a maximum of 13 shares i.e. Rs 1,92,660 in this IPO. In this IPO, 10% share has been reserved for retail investors. While 30 per cent is earmarked for qualified institutional buyers, 15 per cent for high net worth individuals and 45 per cent for anchor investors.

When will the shares be listed?

The company has already raised Rs 1,923.75 crore from anchor investors for 33,750,000 shares. The company will allot shares to successful investors on April 8. While unsuccessful investors will get their refund on April 10. The company’s shares will be transferred to the demat account on April 10. The shares will be listed on NSE and BSE on April 12.

What is the status of GMP?

Shares of Bharti Hexacom are trending in gray market at Rs 52 per share i.e. 9.12% premium as on 3 April 2024. In such a situation, if this situation persists till the day of listing, the shares of the company may be listed on BSE and NSE at Rs.622 per share.

How much was the IPO subscription?

Bharti Hexacom’s IPO opens for subscription on Wednesday, April 3, 2024. The IPO raised Rs 1,923,750 from anchor investors. Retail investors have subscribed up to 0.14 times their shares so far. While NII has subscribed up to 0.3 times its share. In such a situation, overall this IPO received only 0.03 times subscription.
