BJP has sent a defamation notice to Delhi government minister Atishi.

New Delhi: Delhi government minister and Aam Aadmi Party leader Atishi’s troubles seem to be increasing. BJP has sent him a defamation notice. In fact, on Tuesday (April 2), Atishi had said during a press conference that through one of his close associates, the BJP was pressuring him to join their party.

What did Atashi say about BJP’s notice?

Atashi’s statement came after the BJP sent a defamation notice. Atashi said, ‘Their only aim is to send AAP leaders to jail on one or the other charge. All they replied was that somehow they would trap us and send us to jail. BJP is attacking like this by hiding behind ED-CBI and defamation. I have said that whoever contacted me is close to me.

What did Atashi say in the press conference on Tuesday?

Atishi had said that he was pressured to join the BJP. If they don’t join BJP, ED will arrest them. Atashi had also said that preparations are underway to arrest four AAP leaders before the elections. However, Atishi had said that he was offered to join the BJP by a close friend.

Atishi had said that preparations were being made to put Saurabh Bhardwaj, Raghav Chadha, Dargesh Pathak and himself in jail. I have been threatened with arrest if I do not join BJP. But Aam Aadmi Party is not afraid of these threats.

Atashi had said that the Prime Minister and the BJP have made up their minds to end the existence of the Aam Aadmi Party and all its leaders. But I want to tell BJP that we are soldiers of Kejriwal. He is a disciple of Bhagat Singh. As long as you are the last breath of workers, we will continue to work to save the country under the leadership of Kejriwal. You put everyone in jail, but people will keep coming forward for this fight.
