Flax seeds in diabetes Diabetic patients must include flax seeds in their diet. Make a powder of flax seeds and consume it in the morning on an empty stomach with lukewarm water. The fiber found in flax seeds helps in the absorption of fats and sugars. Real food is considered very beneficial in diabetes.

Fenugreek in Diabetes – In Ayurveda fenugreek is considered very beneficial for diabetes. You should drink fenugreek water every morning. Soak 1 teaspoon of fenugreek seeds in a glass of water overnight. Drink this water in the morning on an empty stomach. You can also chew fenugreek seeds. Diabetes can be controlled by drinking fenugreek water regularly.
