The way for Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj’s famous Wagh nails to come to India has been cleared. Maharashtra government ministers Sudhir Mangantiwar and Uday Samant have signed an MoU with the Victoria and Albert Museum in London to bring the Wagh Nah to India. This historical heritage of India has long been kept in the British Museum. There is great devotion among the people towards the Wagh nail of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj.

Will come for so many years

Maharashtra ministers Sudhir Mangantiwar and Uday Samant arrived at the Victoria and Albert Museum in London on Tuesday, October 2, to reach an agreement to send Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj’s Vagh Nakh to India. According to reports, an MoU has been signed to keep Waghnakh in India for 3 years.

Vaghankh is historical.

This colossus of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj housed in the Victoria and Albert Museum in the UK is quite historic. He killed Afzal Khan, the general of the Bijapur Empire, through this Vaghnakh. Because of this, people have a lot of trust in it. It will be brought back and kept for the people of India to see. Apart from this, the government is also talking about bringing back the Jagdamba sword of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj.

Programs will also be organized.

A few days ago, Minister Sudhir Mangantiwar had said that Chief Minister Eknath Shinde, Deputy Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis and Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar would also be present to bring Vaghnak. A big event will also be organized on arrival in India. He said that on the occasion of the 350th year of the coronation ceremony of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, the Department of Culture has decided to organize several programs and also publish stamps. He said that Vaghnakh and Jagdamba swords are not objects but our faith.
