In a Geo News program, Manika said that Imran destroyed her married life. He said, ‘Our marriage lasted for 28 years. Our married life was going happily but Imran Khan ruined it. He further said that Bushra Bibi married Imran in 2017 after a month and a half of divorce. However, he also said that he and his children have no information about it. When this news came in the media, I denied it. Imran Khan married Bushra Bibi in January 2018.

He said that ‘My mother used to say that Imran Khan is not a good person, don’t let him in the house.’ Even when Bushra Bibi was Manika’s wife, she used to talk to Imran Khan till late at night. Apart from this, Bushra Bibi used to meet Imran Khan at Bani Gala in Islamabad. He said that Bushra Bibi separated from Imran six months ago and went to her maternal uncle’s house. He later refused to return.

Manika said that Imran Khan’s close friend Farah Gogi asked her to divorce Bushra Bibi. He said that after that I went to Bushra Bibi and asked if you want a divorce from me. He kept his head down and did not answer. Later I sent the divorce papers through Farah Gogi on 14 November 2017. He also alleged that the date on the divorce papers was changed and he was asked to keep quiet about it because Imran wanted to become the prime minister.
