Juniper Hotels has issued fresh equity at a face value of Rs. 1800 crore has been raised through the IPO and there was no Offer for Sale (OFS) in this IPO. In the IPO, 75 percent equity will be issued to institutional investors, 15 percent to non-institutional investors and 15 percent to retail investors.
