Kidnapping and killing a child
A case of murder of an innocent child has come to light in Badlapur of Thane district of Maharashtra. A nine-year-old child was kidnapped and killed. This incident took place in Badlapur rural police station area. It is being told that a child named Ibadat Babbar left the mosque last night after praying. Meanwhile, a person living in the village kidnapped the child.
Police searched for the child throughout the night
The kidnapper called Ibadat’s father and demanded a ransom of Rs 23 lakh. After that he switched off his phone. The child’s family filed a complaint at the local police station. After that, Badlapur rural police and crime branch were searching for the innocent person throughout the night.
A child’s body was recovered from a villager’s house
During the search, the body of the child was recovered. The body of the child was found stuffed in a sack at the house of a resident of the village. The police arrested the accused and sent the body of the innocent child to Mumbai for post-mortem. The killing of a child during the festive season casts a pall over the entire region.
